At the Helena Mineral Society there is a lot to do!

• At the monthly meeting:
• Find other people interested in gems and minerals
• Valuable educational programs
• Get expert help with gem and mineral identification
• Wire wrapping classes
• Field trips in our area
• Mineral collecting done right

HMS sponsors many activities, including the annual mineral show.

Sunday April 29th - Pat's Gulch - Garnet, Epidote and other minerals. - Meet at Ben Franklin Parking Lot 11:00am
Saturday May 19th - White Earth - Agates - Meet at the the Dillards Parking Lot 9:00am
Saturday June 16th - Sauerbeir Garnets - Depart Dillard's Parking Lot at 7:00am
Sunday July 15th - Club Picnic at the Club Crystal Claim - Depart Ben Franklin Parking Lot 8:00am. Lunch at 1:00pm

There will be a celebration at Norm and Phyllis’ residence and shop for Norm’s 95th birthday and their 45th wedding anniversary held on June 9th at 1:00 pm. It will be a potluck meal. Anyone who wants to do a demonstration of their lapidary skills, please bring what you need and Phyllis asked that we bring chairs.
