At the Helena Mineral Society there
is a lot to do!
- At the monthly meeting:
- Find other people interested in gems and minerals
- Valuable educational programs
- Get expert help with gem and mineral identification
- Wire wrapping classes
- Field trips in our area
- Mineral collecting done right
HMS's annual Christmas party will be held
Dec. 12, 2009 at the Hannaford Steet
Church. Dinner at 6:00 PM. This is a
potluck, so, bring your favorite dish to share.
Show up early to view and bid on silent
auction items. Volunteers are needed to
cook two turkeys. HMS will provide plates,
cups, utensils and napkins. Live auction to
follow dinner.
HMS sponsors many activities, including an annual mineral show.
The 2010 Mineral show will be held at the Helena Civic Center on April 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and April 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Dealers are welcome!
Great fun for the whole family, so bring the kids.
